Working with LeapYear—a leadership and formation accelerator for high school graduates—as it builds from 0 to 1. Partnering with the founder Riley as the Operational Architect to design and build end-to-end student lifecycle systems, curriculum and retreat operations, dashboards, communication structures, role charters, onboarding plans, hiring pipelines, and all documentation needed for a future COO and ops team to inherit a fully functional program.

Joined the staff of Apostles Church Uptown—a small, 20-year old church in NYC planning for growth—to build sustainable, scalable operating systems. Work includes selecting and implementing project management software, transferring all recurring tasks into repeatable workflows, mapping key journeys (like newcomer to community), establishing documentation hubs, and building training resources for staff and volunteers.
